With the guest in mind, each update and project is a continuous enhancement to further enrich the guests experience from their online experience and to their visit.
The Blackberry Farm brand was composed of multiple web sites, each serving a different purpose for guests and online visitors. Their programs had expanded to handle a quickly growing customer and guest base, but were spread across multiple systems. This made it difficult to easily support account holders across the various web sites.
We combined their websites into a single unified branded online experience to uphold the luxury brand, and managed by a hosted CMS platform. The goal was to create an experience which engaged site visitors, and provided a clear path and consistent experience from initial visits, pre-arrival booking, and post visit to the resort. This increased eCommerce sales and the "Friends of the Farm" program, creating a larger audience for exclusive Blackberry Farm content & promotions.
