Animated Video Series
Created a series of animated videos to help educate the public and bcbst policy holders on the benefits of each plan type, to ensure they know which plan is best for them & their family.
CHALLENGE
With the growing number of active followers and questions coming into BCBST via Social Media, a new challenge of directing customers to the right information is critical. Each request needed to be met with content providing a clear path to a site & content with important information and answers to questions.
SOLUTION
We created several websites to help support questions, and provide clear and simple paths to answers. Much of the answers were to simplify the complexity of health care, and what options and programs were available to BlueCross BlueShield of TN customers. Many campaigns were focused heavily on social media, directing users to useful websites & videos.
